Oak Park COVID-19 Procedures

By taking proper precautions and working together, we can limit our exposure to COVID-19 and ensure that Oak Park remains a safe space for people to train and improve their health and fitness. Our procedures are constantly updated to be in compliance with the current requirements issued by the Los Angeles County Health Department and the guidance offered by the CDC.

All classes at Oak Park are held outdoors. You must reserve a spot in class to attend. Reservations must be made through Zen Planner. You can create or sign in to your account at this link.

Reservations for in-person classes open 36 hours before the scheduled start time of the class and close 3 hours before the scheduled start time (except for 6am classes, for which reservations close 8 hours before) – Reserving your spot in class in advance is NOT OPTIONAL.

Contact the class coach by email or text when you reserve class and let the coach know that you have done the CDC Self-Check (available here) – THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL.

Arrive at the gym 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of your class (not late and not 20 minutes early).

Wear a mask when entering and leaving the facility and during all times except during heavy physical exertion – THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL.

Maintain physical distance (at least 6 feet) from other people – THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL.

If you have reserved a spot for class and for any reason need to cancel, please contact the class coach and let them know so that your spot can be made available for someone else.
